Atlantic Soccer Institute – Booking Policy

At Atlantic Soccer Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality soccer coaching in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, the following booking policy applies to all training sessions, clinics, and programs.

1. Booking Process

  • All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via our website, mobile app, or by contacting our team directly.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  • Participants must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, online payment platforms, and bank transfer.

  • Group programs or long-term training packages may be eligible for installment plans (subject to approval).

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Individual Sessions

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

b. Camps, Clinics, and Programs

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • Note: A $15 administrative fee may apply for any refund processed.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling of individual sessions is allowed up to 24 hours in advance and subject to coach availability.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Multi-session packages must be completed within the designated timeframe (e.g., 3 months) unless otherwise agreed.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend a booked session without prior notice will forfeit the session and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

6. Weather & Cancellations by Atlantic Soccer Institute

  • If a session is canceled by Atlantic Soccer Institute due to weather, field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session or credit will be offered.

  • Clients will be notified as soon as possible via text or email in the event of a cancellation.

7. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will begin and end as scheduled. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be made up.

  • If a participant arrives more than 15 minutes late, the coach reserves the right to cancel the session without refund.

8. Health & Safety

  • Participants must inform coaches of any medical conditions or injuries prior to training.

  • Players must wear proper soccer attire and bring appropriate gear (e.g., cleats, shin guards, water).

9. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all players and parents/guardians.

  • Atlantic Soccer Institute reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who displays inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Agreement

  • By booking a session with Atlantic Soccer Institute, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this Booking Policy.
